Bertazzoni’s Heritage series proudly pairs traditional styling with contemporary, state-of-the-art technology. The look is reminiscent of classic European range cookers, and yet each cooker is equipped with modern solutions to a great range of cooking techniques. The cookers are joined by built-in ovens, hobs and extractors so that you can equip your kitchen with the same vintage-inspired styling. Finishes can be upgraded to gold, copper or black nickel for a truly personalised look.

Ranges
Heritage series electric ovens come in 90, 100 or 120cm widths with single, double or triple ovens. All ovens have 11 functions including non-convection baking, fan-assisted and grill, so you can adjust your oven according to your cooking. Each model comes equipped with a traditional thermometer, telescopic shelves and soft-close doors. To keep true to its traditional heritage, these ovens come in either Ivory (Avorio) or Black (Nero Matt).
Choose from a gas or induction hob for models up to 100cm.
90cm Single Electric Oven
103l single oven and a soft-closing drawer. Induction hobs have 5 rings, and gas hobs have 6 gas burners including a 5kw lateral dual wok.
90cm Double Electric Oven
69l main oven with a smaller 38l oven and a soft-closing drawer. Induction hobs have 5 rings, and gas hobs have 6 gas burners including a 5kw lateral dual wok.
100cm Double Electric Oven
69l main oven with a smaller 54l oven and a soft-closing drawer. Induction hobs have 5 rings, and gas hobs have 6 gas burners including a 5kw lateral dual wok.
100cm Triple Electric Oven
69l main oven with a 54l oven and a smaller 24l oven. Induction hobs have 5 rings, and gas hobs have 6 gas burners including a 5kw lateral dual wok. Also includes a soft-closing drawer.
120cm Double Electric Oven with Griddle
Two 69l ovens and a soft-closing drawer. The 6 gas burners are accompanied by a Teppan-Yaki griddle.

Built-in Ovens
These built-in ovens are designed to compliment the range cookers in Bertazzoni’s Heritage series, ensuring your kitchen is coordinated in every way. Choose from Nero Matt with Stainless Steel finishes, Avorio with Stainless Steel, or Avorio with Copper.
60cm Built-in Electric Oven
This 76l oven has 9 functions and is ideal for mid to low temperature cooking. Clear, rounded control knobs adjust the temperature, and a grill, fan-assisted mode and non-convection mode allows the oven to adjust to suit the needs of cooking. An analogue thermometer completes the classic feel.
60cm Electric Pyro Oven
This 76l oven has 11 functions, similar to those on the larger range cookers. This is a pyrolytic oven with excellent self-cleaning capabilities, and its Total Steam setting enables you to quickly steam fast and healthy meals using water vapour. The TFT display allows you to switch between modes and monitor temperatures with ease.
Speciality Ovens
The Series’ microwave, steam oven and warming drawer are designed with the same classic approach as the rest of the Heritage range. Choose from Nero Matt with Stainless Steel finishes, Avorio with Stainless Steel, or Avorio with Copper.
60x45cm Combi-Steam Oven
A 31l oven with 7 functions, combining traditional cooking functions with Total steam, using water vapour to cook quick and healthy meals. Controlled by a TFT display.
60x45cm Combi-Microwave Oven
A 38l oven that combines 7 oven functions with 15 auto cooking modes. With two levels, a wire shelf and a glass tray for microwaving. Controlled by a TFT display.
60x12cm Warming Drawer
A drawer space with 25kg capacity, keeping food at a consistent temperature of between 30-85C.
Hobs
The Heritage Series offers additional built-in gas hobs at 60, 75 or 90cm. Burners range from 1kw to 5kw, with most models including a wok. Each hob has child-safe ignition and cast iron pan supports which are removable for an easy clean. Choose from Nero Matt with Stainless Steel finishes, Avorio with Stainless Steel, or Avorio with Copper.

These iconic extraction hoods mount to the wall above your range cooker, removing excess steam and moisture from your kitchen.
