Festive Party Pastries
Ingredients:
-Puff pastry (homemade or shop bought)
-Honey
-Rosemary
-Cranberry sauce
-Brie
-Pancetta
-Egg (egg wash)
-Balsamic glaze
Method:
1) First fry your pancetta until golden. I did this on the electrickit’s induction hob (level 2).
2) Dollop half a tea spoon of honey onto bake-o-glide, sprinkle with rosemary, add a dollop of cranberry sauce, pancetta and then the brie.
3)Cover with a square of puff pastry (you can make these any size you wish).
4)Fork the edges and brush with egg wash.
5)Bake on the middle shelf of the top right oven of your electrickit for approx 15 mins or until golden brown.
6) If you wish, add more brie and rosemary. We certainly did- you can’t go wrong with more cheese!
7)Drizzle over the Balsamic glaze and enjoy.
