Built-in ovens

Front and centre of Bertazzoni’s Modern series is their exceptional range of built-in ovens. User-friendly, full touch interfaces with a ‘Bertazzoni assistant’ help you cook with precision with either a TFT, LED or LCD display, depending on your preferences. Their pyrolytic ovens have excellent self-cleaning capabilities, and ovens with Total Steam enable you to quickly steam fast and healthy meals using water vapour. These ovens have 11 functions for differentiated cooking techniques, including grill, fan-assisted and non-convection. Available in Stainless Steel, Carbonio (black), Zinc and Copper, with metal handles and control knobs.

Electric Pyro Oven with TFT Display and Total Steam

A 76l oven with a quadruple glass soft-closing door, two lateral lights and a multi-sense food probe. The Total Steam function has a removable water tank, enabling you to refill without interrupting the steaming of your fish and vegetables. Pyrolytic cleaning uses high temperatures to sterilise without using detergents. Reaches temperatures of 30-300C.

A simpler and yet still 76l superb oven with 11 cooking functions, two lateral lights and a multi-sense food probe. Soft-closing door with triple glass. Reaches temperatures of 30-300C.

Electric Oven with LED Dispay

This 76l oven has 9 cooking functions, one rear light and an LED display. Standard door with double glass. Reaches temperatures of 50-270C. Available in Stainless Steel only.

Speciality Ovens

The series’ microwaves, steam ovens and warming drawers are designed to compliment the rest of the Modern range. The combi-ovens and warming drawers are available in Stainless Steel, Carbonio (black), Zinc and Copper, while the microwave is available in Stainless Steel or Carbonio.

Combi-Steam Oven

A 60x45cm cooker with a 31l oven. The oven has 7 functions, combining traditional cooking functions with Total Steam, using water vapour to cook quick and healthy meals. A clear TFT display allows you to switch between functions.

Combi-Microwave Oven

A 60x40cm oven with two levels. This oven combines 7 functions with a 5-levelled microwave for versatile and straightforward cooking. A clear TFT display allows you to switch between functions.

Microwave Oven

A 60cm x 38cm microwave, with 5 power levels and 3 functions; microwave, grill and microwave + grill.

Warming Drawer

A 60x15cm warming drawer with 25kg capacity, keeping food at a consistent temperature of between 30-85C.

Hobs

The Modern series offers additional built-in hobs. Gas hobs are either on stainless steel or glass with burners ranging from 1kw to 5kw and are on Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel with a black enamel finish, or black glass. Each gas hob has child-safe ignition and cast iron pan supports which are removable for an easy clean.

Induction hobs offer fast-heating cooking and even heat distribution over 9 power levels. They range between 60-90cm and have 3, 4, 5 or 6 heating zones. Induction hobs have touch controls with built-in automatic child locks and overheating protection. Some models also contain built-in ventilation, operated via touch controls.

This island mount hood has a single motor hood and is available in Nero Matt. Electronic controls allow you to choose between three different speeds, with four LED lights for practical use. 620 m3h extraction capabilities.

90cm Ceiling Hood

This 90cm ceiling mounted hood has a single motor offering 3 speeds., 4 LED lights and remote control. 700 m3h extraction capabilities. Available in Stainless Steel.

86cm Built-in Hood

This 86cm built-in hood can be installed in an over mantel above your cooker. It has a single motor offering 3 speeds, 2 LED lights, and button controls. 710 m3h extraction capabilities. Available in Stainless Steel.
