Warranty!
All of our reconditioned Agas in our Premium collection carry a 5 year parts warranty, while our budget friendly Rural Ranges collection comes with a 2 year free warranty. In addition, they hold a 1 year labour warranty (UK installations only). Damage to enamel, chrome work or alternative finishes through wear and tear or improper use is not covered by this warranty.
Failure caused by non servicing of the appliance will render the warranty void. Servicing must be conducted by an Aga trained engineer. Servicing by a non qualified person will render the warranty void.
Correct servicing intervals must be adhered to as follows:
Oil Agas - 6 monthly servicing
Gas Agas - annual servicing
30Amp Agas - annual servicing
Please note we advise booking service appointments 8 weeks ahead, 12 weeks ahead in September - December.
The warranty covers parts failure only. It does not cover any issue related to servicing including contaminated oil, premature carbonisation, lack of maintenance of flue ways etc. Damage to module glass, induction glass, Instaheat glass and ceramic hob glass through impact or improper use is not covered by this warranty.
Failure of hob elements through improper use is not covered by this warranty. The following procedures must be adhered to:
Total Control and Dual Control lids must be left up when the hobs are turned on. Electrickit lids must be left up when the hob is switched to setting 5 or above. eControl lids must be left up when the hob is switched to full.
Electrickit and eControl reconditioned Agas and conversions carry a 5 year parts warranty and 1 year labour warranty. Please note, this warranty covers the workings of the conversion only. Additional parts such as venting runs, extractor fans and extraction switches are not included.

Warranty exemptions
Fans - Fans are covered by the manufacturers standard 1 year warranty and are not covered by our 5 year warranty. This includes the following - please note this list is not exhaustive: Extended vent fans for electric Agas, Power flue fans, Balanced flue fans, Circulation fans. 30Amp elements are covered by the manufacturer's standard 1 year warranty and are not covered by our 5 year warranty.
Electrickit induction hobs are covered by the manufacturer’s standard 1 year warranty and not included in our extended warranty.
Control boards for Total Control Agas are covered by the manufacturer’s standard 1 year warranty and not included in our extended warranty. Control boards and screens for the Electrickit Advanced are covered by the manufacturer’s standard 1 year warranty and not included in our extended warranty.
Consumable servicing parts including wicks, thermocouples and nozzles are not covered by this warranty.
