Getting to know your eControl - a cookery demonstration via Zoom - 16th November 2022.

We are delighted to welcome Sarah Whitaker to demonstrate on our eControl Systems Cooker via zoom- join us from the comfort of your own home!

Sarah will demonstrate the eControl cooker and explain how traditional Aga techniques can be adapted to suit the capabilities of the eControl.

Having successfully provided demonstrations in this format previously for traditional and controllable Aga models, this will be the first in what we hope will become a regular series of demonstrations on this new and exciting system! You will leave equipped with the tools needed to get to grips with your converted or reconditioned eControl Series 1 or 2 Aga. Whether you are a complete “newbie”, thinking of converting or have had your eControl for some time, this demo will be bursting with genuinely useful and inspiring tips and recipes.

This demonstration starts runs for approximately 2 hours.
