The newest contender in the controllable Aga market, the highly flexible eControl Series X offers Rural Ranges (Dorset based, covering England, Wales and internationally), exceptional flexibility, some of the lowest running costs on the market and unparalleled heat up times.
As standard we will provide a post 95 Deluxe model fully reconditioned 2, 3, 4 or 5 oven Aga.
We cannot supply this system for older vintage style Agas.
On ordering, we provide our “Bespoke Menu”, to enable you to provide exact specifications for your Aga. We believe in building YOUR Aga for YOU, whether it be a classic in buttery cream and matching enamelled lids or a vibrant orange modern statement with black chrome finishes!
Why choose eControl?
eControl is the ideal solution for those who intend on using their Aga very differently across the changing seasons. In the Summer, when room heat is not required, the Aga may be turned on for use only, with the fastest response times of any Aga currently available on the reconditioned market.
Running on eco or utilising a timer make this model exceedingly economical to run. If however, you live in a property where room heat in the winter is a necessity, eControl allows this capacity. Run on full, with hobs on eco, ambient heat may be as much as 85% of that of a traditional Aga, giving that instant heat, heart of the home feel for which Agas are prized.

Features of an eControl Aga

Ovens and hobs independently operated, with elements above, below and between the ovens.
Some of the fastest heat up times on the market - ovens reach roasting temperature in less than 1 hr 30mins (including saturation time).

eControl Settings
The eControl Series X features 3 settings: eco, normal and full ambient heat. These settings control the number of elements in use and therefore the efficiency of the system. There is then the opportunity to adjust the temperatures within these settings using additional control knobs with corresponding digital temperature displays.
At eco the traditional roasting oven - top right, will run at baking temperature - 180c and the bottom right will act as a plate warmer. At normal, roasting and simmering temperatures are achieved. At full, the top oven offers roasting and the bottom baking. By using the additional control knobs, each oven can be turned up / down or independently turned on / off.
Instaheat
Instaheat is an option ceramic hob upgrade specifically designed for the eControl system. Instaheat provides an immediately hot hob when required, eliminating heat up times. It is popular with those who have previously enjoyed the “always hot” nature of a traditional Aga and who are concerned about the delay for heat in a controllable Aga.
Controlled from the main control panel in the same way as the standard hob, it replaces the simmering spot and can be turned on independently of the left hand hob and turned up / down as needed. Instaheat should not be turned on with the lid down. It is not available as a retrofit so must be purchased with the initial order if required.
